2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT
By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which Laramond collects, treats and protects the personal data that is provided through the website www.laramond.com (hereinafter, the " website”), through the Laramond App (hereinafter, the “App”), as well as those related to your connection and browsing through the Website (hereinafter, “browsing”) and any other data that may provide Laramond in the future through the Hosting Agreement or any other enabled means.
The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way, to facilitate its understanding, and determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide their personal data, or those of third parties, to Laramond.
3. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA.
The data requested in the forms accessible from the Laramond Website are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to fulfill the established purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be attended to.
4. FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL Laramond PROCESS THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG?
Depending on the User's requests, the personal data collected will be processed by Laramond in accordance with the following purposes:
Manage the reservations made, including payment management (if applicable) and the management of your requests and preferences.
Manage the subscription to the newsletter and subsequent submission of the same.
Manage the registration in the Laramond Rewards program, as well as the obtaining and redemption of points.
Manage your contact requests with Laramond through the channels provided for it.
Manage the sending of personalized commercial communications from the Laramond Group, by electronic and/or conventional means, in cases in which the User expressly consents.
Manage the sending of personalized commercial communications of the Laramond Rewards program, by electronic and/or conventional means, unless the User indicates otherwise by checking the corresponding box, or shows his opposition to said treatment.
Manage the provision of the contracted accommodation service, as well as the additional services to the stay.
Manage the conduct of surveys and/or evaluations related to the quality of the services provided by Laramond and/or the perception of its image as a company.
The User's data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill each purpose or until the User requests their withdrawal from Laramond, opposes or revokes their consent.
5. WHAT USER DATA WILL Laramond PROCESS?
Laramond may process the following categories of data, depending on the request made by the User:
Identification data: name, surname
Contact information: Postal address, mobile phone, email address.
Data corresponding to the LaramondRewards loyalty program.
User identification codes or passwords.
Personal characteristics data: date of birth, sex, nationality.
Preference data.
Geolocation data.
Card data, necessary to make the payment of the reservation or to guarantee it, as well as to pay for the stay or the services associated with it.
In the event of registration and/or access through a third party account, Laramond may collect and access certain information from the User's profile of the corresponding social network, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.
In the event that the User provides data from third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the interested party, owner of said data, exempting Laramond from any responsibility in this sense. However, Laramond may carry out the necessary verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.
6. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The data processing necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes that require the User's consent for its realization, will not be carried out without having it.
Likewise, in the event that the User withdraws his consent to any of the treatments, this will not affect the legality of the treatments carried out previously.

Likewise, in the cases in which it is necessary to process the User's data for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the execution of the existing contractual relationship between Laramond and the User, the treatment would be legitimized as it is necessary for the fulfillment of said purposes. On the other hand, the treatment carried out to carry out surveys and/or evaluations related to the quality of the services provided by Laramond and/or the perception of its image as a company will be carried out based on the legitimate interest of the person in charge.
7. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
The User's data may be communicated to:
Investee companies or companies belonging to the Laramond business group, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.
Operating entities of the hotels managed by Laramond or in franchise, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.
Suppliers of Laramond or of the hotel operators necessary for the adequate fulfillment of the legal obligations and/or the purposes indicated above.
Partners and collaborating companies of the Laramond Group for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes and/or, if authorized, to send commercial communications.
Public Administrations, in the cases provided for by Law.
The recipients indicated in this section may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area, in the latter case being duly legitimized international data transfers.
8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
The user:
You guarantee that you are of legal age or legally emancipated, where applicable, fully capable, and that the information you provide to Laramond is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it responds to their real situation.
Guarantees that you have informed the third parties of whom you provide your data, if you do so, of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, it guarantees that it has obtained your authorization to provide your data to Laramond for the indicated purposes.
You will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information you provide through the Website and for any direct or indirect damages caused to Laramond or third parties.
9. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
One of the purposes for which Laramond processes the User's data will be to send commercial communications, by electronic and/or conventional means, with information regarding products, services, promotions, offers, events or relevant news for Users. Whenever any communication of this type is made, it will be directed solely and exclusively to those Users who have authorized its reception and/or who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive them.
To carry out the above work, Laramond may analyze the data obtained, in order to create User profiles that allow defining in greater detail the products that may be of interest to you.
In the event that the User wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from Laramond, they may request to unsubscribe from the service by sending an email to the following email address: info@laramond.com, as well as indicating their refusal to receive such communications. the same through the unsubscribe option provided in each of the commercial communications sent.
10. GEOLOCATION DATA
Some of the features of the Laramond App allow the geolocation of the device (Tablet, Smartphone, etc.) on which it is installed.
The User may disable this option directly on the device itself, however, disabling this option may prevent the use of some of the App's features.
11. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The User can send a letter to CGN State Agents Rustic Sl, Calle Santa Barbara 25 1 2, 08870, Sitges, Barcelona or by email to the address info@laramond.com , in both cases, with the Reference "Data Protection", attaching a photocopy of your valid identity document or passport, at any time and free of charge, to:
Revoke the consents granted.
Obtain confirmation as to whether Laramond is processing personal data concerning the User or not.
Access your personal data.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Obtain from Laramond the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.
Obtain human intervention, to express your point of view and challenge the automated decisions adopted by Laramond
Request the portability of your data.
Likewise, the user is informed that at any time they may file a claim regarding the protection of their personal data before the competent Control Authority.

Laramond will treat the User's data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and keeping the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
